Appetizer: A selection of two types of seasonal, naturally caught fresh fish and fermented, aged fish.

Vegetable and seafood Japanese-style salad

Green vegetable dish: Eel and mitsuba (Japanese parsley) soba sushi

Appetizer: Deep-fried okara (soy pulp) and corn with mentaiko (spicy cod roe) topping.

Iron plate sea bream marinated in anchovy miso

Okumikawa chicken grilled in yuzu marinade with awamori (Okinawan rice liquor)

Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot): Bamboo shoot and clam paella-style kamameshi ~served as ochazuke (rice with tea)~
